For publishers

Become a publisher

Apply, accept the charter, list your media and set your prices.

This guide is not available in your language yet. Showing the English version.

Apply and get approved

  1. 1Sign up and choose the Publisher account type.
  2. 2Open My Listings and read the Partner Charter. Accept it to add your first site.
  3. 3Add your media. HIKALINK reviews your account and your listings before they go live on the marketplace.

Until your account is approved, listings you add stay in draft and are not visible to buyers.

The Partner Charter in plain words

  • Quality. Original, well-edited content relevant to your audience. The metrics you declare must be accurate.
  • Review. HIKALINK may refuse, pause or remove a listing that doesn't meet quality, editorial or brand-safety standards.
  • Fulfilment. When an order is placed, you deliver the agreed placement within the stated time and keep it live for the agreed duration.
  • Payment. The price you set is what you are paid, in full. HIKALINK adds its own margin on top when showing your listing to buyers. It is never deducted from your price.
  • Termination. An account that repeatedly fails these standards can be suspended.

Create a good listing

A complete, honest listing sells more and gets fewer disputes.

  • Title and description: say what you publish and for whom.
  • Country, language, main category and sub-category: pick the sub-category that matches your main category.
  • Also accepting: tick every sensitive topic your site really publishes (Gambling, Crypto, CBD, Adult, Pharmacy, Loans). Leave the others empty, buyers filter on them and a wrong answer causes refused briefs.
  • Metrics: DR, DA, TF and monthly traffic from reliable tools. Don't inflate them.
  • Delivery time: the real number of days you need after accepting a brief.
  • Link rules: whether the link is dofollow and whether the article is marked sponsored.
  • Tags (optional): up to 15 keywords for the topics you really cover (for example saas, personal finance, football). Buyers searching those words find you first, so pick specific ones.

Pause a listing from My Listings when you can't take orders (holidays, full calendar). Paused listings can't be bought, even if they're still in a buyer's cart.

Price and placements

Enter the price you want to receive. Buyers see it with HIKALINK's margin added.

If you sell several formats, add one placement per offer, for example Homepage, Sponsored article, Newsletter mention, each with its own price. Buyers see “from” your lowest placement and choose the one they want. You can have up to 20 placements per media.

For a premium media with no fixed price, mark it price on request. Buyers then request a quote from you (see the next guide).

For creators, choose the KOL media type and add the platform, follower count and engagement rate; use placements for deliverables such as Reel or Story.

Add many sites at once with a CSV

In My Listings → Bulk import CSV, download the template and fill one row per listing.

  • Required columns: domain, country, language, industry, media type and price.
  • Optional columns include url, title, description, region, sub-category, tags (separated by semicolons, e.g. saas; startups), accepts_gambling, accepts_crypto, accepts_cbd, accepts_adult, accepts_pharmacy and accepts_loans (true or false), delivery time, DR, DA, TF, traffic, dofollow, sponsored.
  • For KOL rows add kol_platform, followers and engagement_rate.
  • To mark a listing as price on request, put true in price_on_request and leave the price empty.

Several placements for one site

Repeat the same domain on several rows and give each row a different placement name and price. The site's other details are read from the first row.

When your file contains a placement column, the placements of each domain in the file replace the ones already saved for that domain. A file without that column leaves existing placements untouched.

After the import you get the count of created and updated listings and the line number of any row that was rejected, with the reason.
