Wallet & payments

How top-ups, bonus credits and the escrow hold work, and where your money is at each step.

This guide is not available in your language yet. Showing the English version.

How the wallet works

There is no subscription. You add credit to your wallet and every order is paid from it. Your Wallet page shows two numbers:

  • Available balance: what you can spend right now.
  • Reserved: money held in escrow for orders that aren't finished yet.

Reserved money is still yours until the order is completed. If the order is cancelled, refused or refunded, it comes back to your available balance.

Topping up and bonus credits

Open Wallet → Top up, choose a package or enter an amount (minimum 10) and pay by card. Larger top-ups earn bonus credits on top of what you pay:

Top-up fromBonus credits
100+5%
250+8%
500+12%
1,000+18%

The Wallet page shows exactly how much will be credited before you pay. Top up a little above what your cart needs to avoid a second payment.

Credit is added to your wallet, not refunded to your card. Only top up what you plan to use.

Escrow: how your money is protected

When you check out, the price of each order moves from Available to Reserved. The publisher is not paid at that point.

Because of this, always check the delivered link before you confirm. See the Refunds, cancellations & issues guide.

“Not enough balance” at checkout

The cart total is compared with your available balance. Money already reserved for other orders doesn't count. Top up the difference: the Top up button in the cart takes you to the Wallet.

If you attach the order to a campaign with a budget, checkout also stops when the order would exceed the campaign budget. Increase the budget or choose another campaign.
