For agencies
Working as an agency
Clients, campaign budgets and negotiated rates: how to run several clients from one account.

What an Agency account adds
An Agency account has everything a Buyer has, plus a Clients area, a client on each campaign, and, if HIKALINK grants you one, a negotiated discount on your purchases.
You choose Agency when you sign up. If you registered as a Buyer, contact us to switch.
Add your clients
Open Clients and add each client you work for. A client is a label for your own organisation. Your clients don't get a login and never see the platform.
One campaign, one client, one budget
- 1Create a campaign and select the client it is for.
- 2Set the budget allocated to that campaign.
- 3At checkout, attach each order to the right campaign.
The campaign page shows spent versus allocated budget. Checkout refuses an order that would exceed the budget, which protects you from overspending on a client. Orders that were cancelled, refused or refunded don't count as spent.
Negotiated rates
Agency rates are negotiated with HIKALINK: there are no automatic volume tiers. Once we have agreed a rate, an administrator sets it on your account.
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout on catalogue purchases; the cart and your order show the list price, the discount and the amount you pay.
- It doesn't reduce what publishers earn. HIKALINK absorbs it.
- Quotes are priced individually, so the checkout discount doesn't apply to them.
To discuss annual or monthly volumes, write to us from the contact page.
Good habits for agencies
- Top up the wallet before launching a batch: all clients share the same wallet.
- Name campaigns after the client and the goal (“Acme: Q4 SEO”) so reports are easy to read.
- Use the briefing to restate the client's brand rules each time.
