Delivering orders & getting paid
Accept briefs, deliver correctly, handle revisions and withdraw your earnings.

When an order arrives
You receive an email for each new order, and it appears in Orders as Pending with the buyer's briefing. The buyer's money is already reserved in escrow, so you can start with confidence.
- Start work if the brief fits your site.
- Refuse only if it doesn't fit your editorial charter. You must write the reason, which is shown to the buyer, and the buyer is refunded.
Deliver the placement
- 1Publish the content as briefed: right target URL, right anchor text, right link attribute.
- 2Open the order and paste the link to the live page. It must start with http:// or https://.
- 3Add a short note if useful, then press Mark delivered.
Check your own work first: a wrong URL or anchor is the most common reason for a dispute.
If the buyer asks for a revision
When the buyer reports a problem the order becomes Disputed and you receive an email with their explanation. Fix what is wrong and deliver again with the corrected link.
If the buyer reports the second delivery too, the order goes to HIKALINK for review. We read the brief, the delivery and both explanations and decide. A clear brief and a delivery that matches it are your best protection.
When do I earn money?
Your wallet is credited when the buyer confirms the delivery (or when HIKALINK completes the order after a review). The amount is the price you set for the placement that was bought, in full, and it is fixed when the order is placed, so later changes to your price or to a buyer's discount don't change it.
Requesting a payout
Before your first payout, complete two things in Account:
- Connect your Stripe account: this is where we send the money.
- Add your billing details: legal name and address (and VAT number if you are VAT-liable). We generate an invoice in your name for each payout.
Then press Request payout. The minimum is 50, and the request takes your full available balance. You get a numbered invoice, with VAT added if you are VAT-liable, and HIKALINK processes payout requests in batches to your connected account.
Quote requests for price-on-request media
If you have a price-on-request media, requests appear in Quote requests. Read the briefing and budget, then send your price. HIKALINK validates it and sets the final price for the buyer; if they accept, a normal order is created and follows the steps above.
