Finding the right media

Search and filter the marketplace
Start with what you can't compromise on, then narrow down:
- Region, country and language: the audience must read the language of the site.
- Main category, then sub-category: the sub-category list changes with the main category you pick, so the options always make sense.
- Accepts: tick Gambling, Crypto, CBD, Adult, Pharmacy or Loans to see only the sites that publish those topics. Each listing shows the answer for all six under "Also accepting".
- Keyword or tag: the search looks at tags first, then titles, domains and topics. Click a tag on a listing, or one of the popular tags in the filters, to see every media labelled with it.
- Media type: see below.
- SEO metrics, price and delivery time: to match your goal and your budget.
A relevant site in your exact niche usually performs better than a high-authority site in an unrelated topic.
What DR, DA, TF and traffic mean
| Metric | What it is | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| DR (Domain Rating) | Ahrefs' 0–100 score of a site's backlink profile. | Comparing the link strength of two sites. |
| DA (Domain Authority) | Moz's 0–100 score of ranking potential. | Same idea as DR, from another tool. |
| TF (Trust Flow) | Majestic's 0–100 score of how trustworthy a site's links are. | Spotting sites with a clean, trusted link profile. |
| Traffic | Estimated monthly visits. | Judging real audience, and the odds that readers see your link. |
These are third-party estimates, not guarantees, and they are not the same as rankings. A site with strong metrics but almost no traffic is a warning sign. Compare all four, not just one.
Media types
| Type | Typical use |
|---|---|
| News Outlet, Magazine | Credibility, Digital PR, brand awareness. |
| Blog, Niche Site, Industry Portal | SEO links in a specific topic. |
| Press Release | Announcements and Digital PR distribution. |
| Podcast, Newsletter | Direct access to an engaged audience. |
| KOL | Creator and influencer content on a social platform. Followers and engagement rate are shown. |
| Big Media | Premium national or international titles, usually priced on quote. |
| WeChat and other Greater China platforms | Reaching Chinese-language audiences. |
Placements: one media, several offers
Some media sell several named placements, each with its own price, for example Homepage and Sponsored article, or Reel and Story for a creator.
- The marketplace shows “from” the cheapest placement.
- On the listing page, pick the placement you want before adding to the cart.
- Each placement is a separate cart line, so you can buy two placements of the same media in one order.
Every order keeps the name of the placement you bought, so you can always see what was agreed.
Compare and plan faster
The Comparator puts similar opportunities side by side (price, delivery time, metrics and quality score) so the best value is obvious.
The Strategy Builder turns a budget, a market and your goals (SEO, GEO, Digital PR, Brand Content) into a recommended split. Recommendations take your previous purchases into account. You can add a whole recommended plan to the cart in one click and still adjust it.
Listings that open on a partner platform
A few listings are sourced from partner platforms and show “via” the platform name. They don't go through your HIKALINK wallet: the button sends you to the partner to complete the purchase there, under that platform's terms.
